After had having two previous endeavors with 2 different realtors I had become discouraged with finding a house in San Antonio I contacted the realtor who had sold my house in Phoenix 3 years earlier and she referred me to Amir Ebadi I told her my situation of traveling to San Antonio twice having no success either of those times before After talking interviewing Amir on the phone I decided to drive to San Antonio again 1100 miles a 3rd time spend 2 weeks in a BnB looking for a house He I spent several weeks working together long distance via text email phone before I would make the trip out During that time he was absolutely professional knowledgeable of the market helpful committed great negotiator extremely hard working charismatic He had the answers I needed to hear found me a lovely house in a great neighborhood within several days upon my arrival He provided answers to questions I had provided information to me that I would have never thought to consider I often felt that with the time he was putting in for me that I was his sole concern His personal touch consideration went above beyond He certainly earned my trust I will forever be indebted to him for helping me find the house of my dreams There is no doubt in my mind that I will recommend Amir to anyone looking to purchase a home The best decision that I have ever made Thank you my friend I have made a friend for lifeSincerely
