My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Amie. She helped us buy a home in a crazy housing market. She is a fantastic realtor and an even better person! * She was incredibly accommodating in working with our schedules to arrange times for us to see houses (too accommodating in fact!). * She offered genuine and sincere advice to help us protect our interests. * She dutifully and effectively conveyed/negotiated our positions to the sellers on the other side of the transaction. * She was easy to reach and very responsive. * She was incredibly thorough and diligent. When we told her what characteristics we were looking for in a home, she monitored the market and sent us candidates whenever they popped up. When the appraisal on the home we purchased came in low, Amie scoured the report for bases to challenge the valuation without me even asking her. * She worked hard and efficiently to prepare necessary documentation in a timely manner. * Besides all this, Amie is just an incredibly kind and likable person!
