We found Amber Roth absolutely amazing!! She always went above and beyond to make sure things went well. We had a number of obstacles that we came across, she always immediately jumped in to help resolve them! We ran into a mold issue and got an inspection done for it. We were looking to have an expense of 5k or more. She heard this, she immediately contacted another company she had previously dealt with and ended up getting the job done at less than 1/4 the cost we were looking at!!! With all the certifications and documentation needed. Her knowledge and dedication are phenomenal!! We highly recommend Amber for all your realtor needs!!
