When I first contacted Amber, I was only looking for more information about the home-buying process. Buying a house seemed so overwhelming, and I needed someone who could answer my many questions. After our first conversation, I gained a ton of knowledge. Amber quickly impressed me with her vast knowledge of the real estate world. Her patience was remarkable as a series of questions were thrown her way. What I appreciated the most from our chat was Ambers ability to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She never made me feel incompetent because I was coming into this process with very little knowledge. I knew from that day that I was right to reach out to her. The approval process became stressful, and I was ready to give up. Amber kept encouraging me the entire time. She told me that I would get approved and I just needed to be patient. She was right! Amber connected me with a lender who was able to work with my unique situation. Amber turned my dream into a reality! I was ecstatic when I received the news that my loan was approved. I could not have thanked Amber enough for sticking with me during this process. I appreciated her patience dealing with my ups and downs. After the closing date, Amber made herself available to answer any questions. As a first-time homebuyer, it was refreshing. Thank you, Amber! I appreciate your hard work and dedication. Amber has been very helpful with buying my very first home!!! She was very responsive and very quick to respond. She took care of anything that needed taken care of throughout the process. She was there for any question I had (Even made Tik Toks to make sure I understood everything in details, go check her tik toks out). She made sure I got the best deal. I called her up and asked her to come look at this house and she dropped what she was doing and came to look at it with me (even when it was 40 minutes away).
