During this process, we toured a bunch of houses, and each time Amber was able to point out all the features the homes provided and things that were missing or might be a concern. Amber fulfilled all of her duties and responsibilities as my agent. The issue that came up a few times was getting approved by a lender. Three different lenders were unable to move forward with my application because of concerns regarding my income. I really thought that I would not be able to buy a home. The approval process became stressful, and I was ready to give up. Amber kept encouraging me the entire time. She told me that I would get approved and I just needed to be patient. She was right! Amber connected me with a lender who was able to work with my unique situation. Amber turned my dream into a reality! I was ecstatic when I received the news that my loan was approved. I could not have thanked Amber enough for sticking with me during this process. I appreciated her patience dealing with my ups and downs.
