From the moment we met, Michelle was patient with both myself & my husband as we wavered on what exactly we wanted. We knew whatever we wanted had to be ADA & with Michelle's knowledge of local builders, we finally decided on a custom build. Best decision ever - and, Michelle was right there the whole way helping to define what we liked, wanted, had to have, needed. I would recommend Michelle to a seasoned buyer or a first timer as she knows how to meet her clients where they're at & help to guide them to their new home. We settled on a custom build - 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath, ADA 1-story in a cul-de-sac (really wanted), on a little over an acre (husband wanted some elbow room), in a quiet neighborhood (just outside the city limits without feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere) where kids still play outside. Overall, great experience!!!
