This person needed to be easy to work with and very flexible. We chose Amber Mercier with Capstone Real Estate Group because she reached out to us years ago in a letter and has always been exactly what we needed. She has always been super available and incredibly helpful! My advice that I want to give to a potential buyer and seller is that you must hire a realtor that is going to work with you and for you. He/She must be a high integrity person. In my opinion you should get a realtor who lines up with your spiritual beliefs as well! Amber has been that person for us.
