I'm 30 years-old, a resident of South Florida for the majority of my life, and love to research odd things. This lead me to helping my first client before I was licensed, my mother. I wanted to help my mother get out of renting and build equity with her own home. I spent 6 months researching first-time buyer programs, state grants, and the market before starting our search. She bought a small home in Pompano and will sell when she retires from being a HHA. The equity she built will go towards buying a condo in a 55+ community with spare cash to go in to her bank. My love for research and helping people makes real estate a perfect career choice. My main strategy as a Realtor is to provide options to sellers ,buyers, and investors. Educating them in the best choice for them and time it with the market trends. My long term goal is to have multiple transactions with each client. which means my goal begins when we walk away from the closing table the first time together.
