A resident of Texas for more than 13 years, she has lived and worked in several areas of the state giving her a unique perspective of the real estate market. Prior to getting her real estate license, she worked as a marketing director in several different industries leading her teams to success. She served as the Chief of Marketing and Advertising for the US Army MWR for several years, where her hard work and leadership resulted in her receiving multiple civilian Army accommodations and national awards. She obtained her B.S. in Marketing in 2006 from Colorado Tech. After going through the buying process, Amber decided that she could use her expertise in marketing and customer service to become an outstanding Realtor. She has dedicated over 7 years to real estate, conducted hundreds of real estate transactions, and helped clients reach their goals. Her business is based on more than 80 percent of referrals from satisfied clients. Most important to her is providing the most exceptional service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. She has extensive knowledge and experience in serving military clients, offering them knowledge in every aspect of the transaction. She has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to high-dollar estate properties and investment properties. She served as a listing agent to a large scale builder in El Paso, TX, managing 5 subdivisions in different areas of town. This opportunity gave her the knowledge of both new construction and resale purchases ensuring that clients have full options when buying. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home. In her free time, she barrel races and is dedicated to her fitness.
