She made herself available and is a sensitive realtor who gives you space when you need it, with uncanny perception to step in offering thoughtful suggestions at opportune moments. An example of her care and consideration: two weeks after the offer was made on the house, when severe weather hit, she went to the vacant property on her own accord and found damage in the basement, reported it to the seller, preventing a much bigger problem in the long run because the property was being sold-as is. I highly recommend Amber as a competent, effective communicator, highly capable of guiding you through the purchase process with a calm steady hand.

Amber went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor to sell our house. She was honest, reliable, an excellent listener, on time, and committed to helping us sell. She went above and beyond by helping us get ready for last minute showings when things got a little crazy. She sat with our litter of puppies for each and every showing, ensuring their safety. She always had the correct paperwork in order, used Adobe Fill and sign to expedite paperwork - that made life so much easier! Got back to our questions quickly. She knows her stuff! The number one thing I value in a realtor is the ability to say I dont know, Ill get back to you on that - and then actually get back to me in a reasonable time.
