Amanda Yates

Amanda grew up in the small town of Bogalusa, La and graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with Bachelor Degree in Marketing. She has over 7 years experience as a licensed Realtor. Amanda's strengths lie in her marketing, negotiating, and listening skills. She is an excellent communicator with an abundance of patience and enthusiasm. Real estate is Amanda's passion because it's fast paced and ever changing. "You're never doing the same thing. Each house is different, each client is diffferent. I love all the challenges and helping people with one of the biggest and exciting investments of their lives!" She is a firm believer in honesty and open communication and uses that in her profession daily. Being an outgoing southern girl, she enjoys going to festivals, listening to live music, indulging in food and wine, spending time with her husband and two kids Brody & Joey, she also loves finding new recipes to whip up in the kitchen.
