    If you are looking for an excellent real estate agent, please look no further because Amanda is the one. She is consistent in her approach, and reliable to a fault. She did an amazing job helping us sell our townhome and we cannot be more grateful for such an amazing experience. When we listed our townhome with Amanda, we had two competitive offers within the first week. It went under contract very quickly for the asking price and cash offer that we could not resist - something she made it happen. She did not disappoint! There was some negotiations in the sale of our home with the buyer and throughout it all, she stayed on top of it all, managing most of the stress and burden of the issues. I can not recommend Amanda enough. She is truly an amazing person, agent, and woman.

    I moved to Mobile for a new job, and had a very very tight deadline to get a new home and sell my house in Texas. It would have been impossible if it had not been for Amanda. She returned every call, email and text immediately-and very graciously. I put a bid on one home, went back to texas, but the house fell through. In 3 days Amanda showed me 38 homes! She was so well organzed.I will also mention that we spent three days in the car together and she is lovely company. Very humorous and understands exactly what you want even before you do.she has my highest recommendation. Love her!

    Amanda is the best! She went well beyond the call of duty to help us find our perfect house. She made moving to a new city a wonderful experience. She stuck with us until we found our house, and then was with us step-by-step through closing. She coordinated several minor negotiations with the seller and worked very well with the sellers agent. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone who is in the home buying/selling market. In my experience with Amanda she was 100% honest, responsive, and very pleasant to work with.
