We highly recommend Amanda as an agent who will do all the required tasks in order to get the best outcome possible for your house, land etc.; she did that for us. We needed professional help to narrow our focus in order to meet our goals. Amanda did that for us and was reassuring to us during the process. We needed help in prioritizing what needed completed so house could be shown?. In the beginning she went over her responsibility to us and fulfilled those obligations very courteously, kindly, firmly & professionally. Amanda helped us exceed the goals we had in place and was with us each step of the process to completion. She helped me and my husband find our first home. Was available and patient with us and all of our questions and we had a lot of questions. Worked with our schedule so we could look at houses in the evening and on weekends and made time for us to show different family members the house. If you are wanting to buy a house or even sale a house she would be the perfect person for the job very caring to her clients and if she doesn?t know something she goes out of her way to get the answers needed. She is an awesome realtor.

Amanda was helpful in many ways. She walked us through the whole process and gave clarity and calm when needed. She helped us pick a selling price after showing us several relevant comps. Then she gave us good strategies of how to improve the home without spending allot of money and counseled us about what to do if the home didn?t sale when we wanted. I feel she did a great job!
