ZillowVERIFIEDIve been investing in real estate for seven years now. Since then Ive been with six realtors, and I can say that Amanda is by far my best realtor in the state of Florida. Not all realtors are the same. My general rule is that a good sales realtor is not necessarily your best choice as a buying realtor. Amanda is an exception to that rule. While she has not represented my to purchase a property, but I can determine from our professional relationship that she would represent my interests by vigorously sifting through the market to find the right property for me, and she would follow through all the way to the close. Some realtors are slick, make promises that they cant deliver, claim that their clientele is high end, and then over charge accordingly. Amandas commission rates were about as good as would find anywhere. Her devoted attention is superb. She never once failed to returned my call before the days end. What really impressed me the most was when she showed me a spreadsheet of my neighborhood with multiple comps to include the average price per square foot, with each home adjusted for its particular condition and upgrades. This was a sign of professionalism that I had not before experienced with any realtor. Look no further. Youll find no better realtor in Jacksonville than Amanda Searle.
