ZillowVERIFIEDIf youre even considering purchasing or building a house, you need to work with Amanda! First, her knowledge is incredible. Not only does she know the area (or does her research very well if she doesnt), she listens to what you want and keeps you in the price range unlike some agents. When we walked through houses with her, she pointed out details we may have missed that would drive us nuts (my husband was an electrician, so lighting, outlets and switches are a big deal) along with any critiques for newer builds. She also has a good idea of lending requirements and issues that may come up with inspections and appraisals so you dont walk into the bank without a clue. Next, if you want to feel like youre the only client, Amanda is the one. She drove all over to show us houses (from Laurel to Lockwood to the Heights) and set up a meeting with an amazing builder we will most likely use in the future. She kept both my husband and I up to date since I was unable to be at all the walk throughs and was living 9 hours away. All her contracts are done online, so you dont have to keep track of paperwork and can sign immediately, even if its midnight. The house we finally ended up with, Amanda notified us several hours after it came on the market (only delayed because we were at another house) and got us in to look first thing the next morning. It was a corner lot in the area we wanted with a huge back yard, exactly what we were looking for and she knew that! We had an offer in before the house was on the market for 24 hours. She was great explaining the process once we put in an offer and stayed up texting us as we waited for our offer to be accepted. She has great contacts through the area for you to take advantage of and she made buying a house so much less stressful. Once we finally moved into our house, we had a few issues (not because of her!) which she helped us solve promptly. We highly recommend Amanda to anyone and everyone and will definitely use her again.
