Our experience with Amanda Rogers has been wonderful! As a realtor with a smaller agency, we felt that Amanda would provide a more personal experience, and we were not disappointed! She has gone above and beyond our expectations to the point of sending her husband Bob over to help us with some repairs prior to our listing going live! In addition to that kind of personal service, Amanda had the most concise presentation of all the realtors we talked to. The comps she?d chosen made sense, and her pricing & listing strategy worked perfectly. Our house was only on the market for 4 days and we received several offers, all above asking. We?ve done this a couple of times now, and working with Rogers Real Estate was by far our best home-sale experience. Thank you so much, Amanda!
