I've lived in the Redding area for over twenty five years and have been a Realtor for over a decade. I'm a full time real estate agent which allows me to stay current on the ever-changing trends of the market. I value providing my clients with a high level of personalized, high-level service. When working with a Seller, I utilize marketing tools in a thoughtful manner in order to showcase and highlight the home in it's best light, and provide advice to help you prepare your home for sale. As a Buyer's Agent, I'm known for being a great listener and using what I learn to help clients find their dream home. I assess each situation to determine what negotiating leverage can be used to help my clients get the best deal while achieving their goals. I provide strategic advice and creative techniques to use in a competitive market. On a personal note, I have a Bachelor's Degree from National University, and I am a proud wife of a Fire Captain with two beautiful daughters and a german shepherd. My family has a strong military background and I'm proud of my father who served 20 years in the Navy while I was growing up. We enjoy the plentiful good weather Redding offers and love spending summers in the pool or at one of Shasta County's gorgeous lakes on our boat.
