Amanda Martin

Amanda is a dedicated, service-oriented real estate agent at Townsend Real Estate, which is local and family-owned. She is a lifelong resident of Fayetteville, NC and knows the market well. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC in addition to a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University in Durham, NC. Growing up, she was surrounded by active commerce, as her parents owned their own business. This set a strong example for her early on. Defined by her integrity and her solid values system, Amanda credits part of her success to her parents, and today, when she helps families to buy and sell their homes, she treats them the way her parents taught her to treat their own customers. Married to a veteran who she is very proud of, Amanda takes a special pride in the effort that she puts forth to serve military families. She is a huge supporter of the soldiers and their families.

In 2016 Amanda assisted 40 families to buy and sell their homes, and 48 families in 2017. After spending years honing her skills, she is now capable of closing deals in situations that other real estate agents would think of as impossible to handle. A true go-getter, she seeks out challenges in her work life and never tires of seeking out bigger and better deals for her clients. In addition, she makes herself constantly available for questions and appointments.

When Amanda is not hard at work for her clients in the office or out in the field, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, which is of the utmost importance to her. She is the owner of two wonderful, loving dogs, Tank and Delilah.
