Advice I would give a seller, is to make sure your home is ready for showings the day it hits the market. Fresh paint, curb appeal etc. are extremely important for your home. The second most important is the price. If a home is priced too high, it will sit on the market and accumulate days on market. Buyers are savvy and will wonder why. It is very important to price your home accordingly.
