Amanda is the sweetest person ever and such a pleasure to work with. She is attentive and prompt which streamlined this entire process. Each document was explained to me step by step, and super easy, and Amanda always got my copy to me immediately after. My selling experience required a unique agent and Amanda was 100% able to meet our every request. This woman is amazing, between being a Mom with crazy sports schedules and work I am not sure how she manages it all so seamlessly, but she does. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Amanda was absolutely amazing and so helpful when purchasing my first home. She was very informative and always texted me back immediately. She also answered my calls even if they were late at night. She was always quick to schedule viewing of houses when I would ask. She even told us that she could get us in touch with a realtor in Kentucky when we mentioned we were looking at some houses over there too! She told us about houses that were in our price range, set us up with different lenders, and helped us with first time home buyers loans so we didn't have to put any money down! She is so selfless and has such a kind soul that definitely shines through!! I highly recommend Amanda, whether you are buying or selling!
