If you are looking to sell in a timely fashion and for an agent to be an advocate for the seller a different company would be recommended. Communication with the seller and financial protection for the seller were severely lacking.

Amanda is very knowledgeable about the real estate market! She has worked diligently with us through the process of selling our home and purchasing another. She is quick to answer any/all of our questions and keeps us updated on all progress and information. I couldn't have asked or hoped for a better realtor. If you are looking to buy/sell, I would recommend Amanda Hester 100%! We had never been through the experience of selling a home and didn't realize how stressful it would be. Amanda has worked really hard to relieve a lot of that stress and ensure our happiness. She has excellent negotiation skills and works literally day/night to keep her clients top priority. I would consider Amanda my realtor for life and, now, after just 3 short months (what has seem liked forever) a lifelong friend ?

I'll freely admit, I used Amanda switched to another agent then back to Amanda. I was initially frustrated with Amanda because she kept sending me listing I wasn't interested in.... where we are from the market is much different. We are military and BAH dropped with our move which in theory means houses are cheaper here but in reality we have to spend more here to get a house comparable to the other one we own. My expectations didn't match the market, and the houses that were less expensive that showed great in pictures were awful in reality. We switched to another realtor, and when that realtor literally cancelled on us last minute, after we had made plans a month in advance booked a hotel and boarding... Amanda made time to work with us even though it was last minute. Amanda is very responsive, she showed us over 10 houses and was willing to show more to help us find our perfect home. She also doesn't push us to buy the most expensive house, unlike some realtors. She will point out flaws but doesn't downgrade any house... unlike other realtors who will say negative things about less expensive houses and praise more expensive even if they both need the same thing/updates. We have now hopefully found our house. I just really appreciate Amanda, she is an agent you would wanna use for sure.

She is amazing! Hard worker, always willing to go above and beyond to help, super friendly and knows a lot when walking into a home what to look for, wanted the best for her clients, responds fast, super friendly, makes u feel comfortable and listens to what u are looking for. Like I mentioned SHE IS AMAZING!!
