Amanda was our buyer agent for a home and she was able to get us the home for below the listing price which is not common in this hot market. Once our offer was accepted on the new home we selected Amanda as our Real Estate agent to sell our home. Amanda and her team were able to get us a lot of traffic through open houses and showings. She was able to get us an accepted offer that had no contingencies which helped eliminate any stress we had with moving. Throughout the process Amanda answered all of our questions and she did that quickly throughout the buying and selling process.
