Amada was a pleasure to work with. She is super responsive and went above and beyond to help us find local contractors to make upgrades and repairs while we were out of town. Even though we listed during the height of the pandemic she didn't pressure us to drop the pricing below what the home was worth. I've worked with agents in the past that tried to talk me into selling very low just to move the property quickly in a slow market. Amanda seemed more interested in getting a fair price for the house. She had excellent understanding of the overall market and the value of our particular location and she was right on the money with her recommendations. Even though we had a 14 day close the closing experience was trouble free with no surprises. Amanda and her team did a fantastic job with the coordination of the inspections and all of the documentation needed to close on time.This has been one of the best real estate experiences I've had, and I would highly recommend Amanda and Realty Executives!

My sister having previous experience in real estate negotiations set up the initial meeting with Amanda at my dad's property, which I also attended. I was immediately impressed by Amanda's preparedness and professionalism. Her knowledge of home value and area pricing turned out to be spot on and we quickly decided on an attractive and fair listing price. She exuded confidence the property would sell quickly. We hired her and throughout the process, she kept us informed and provided all legal documentation for us to peruse, agree to and sign. An offer was accepted and the home sold quickly and flawlessly.
