I dealt with Amanda on three transactions all happening at the same time. I had never been through a real estate deal before in my whole life. Amanda was constantly in contact with me explaining what was going on. She always promptly returned my calls or emails. She patiently explained each step. I never felt intimidated by the process because she kept me in the loop. She never made me feel inadequate with my dumb questions. She is so good at what she does. These were time sensitive deals and she worked hard to get everything done on time so it would work out. You could tell she is very knowledgeable about her work. She always had a quick and accurate answer to my questions. It was an overwhelming process, but Amanda totally put us at ease. I had no problem putting total trust in her. Amanda always had a smile on her face. She seemed as excited as we were on obtaining our lifetime dream of owning a beach house. She is the best of the best and her company is fortunate to have her.
