A couple months ago my boyfriend received notice that he needed to vacate the home he has lived in for the last 6 years. It was poor timing for us, and stressful to say the least. We made the decision to purchase rather than rent, and immediately reached out to Amanda. Knowing her awesome personal character, and that she is not only local, but well involved in community, there was no doubt she was our gal! Searching for a home in this market was frustrating and disappointing. We were on a budget and in a hurry, with slim pickings. There were A LOT of hoops to jump through! Amanda was there every step of the way, helping us to navigate and understand it all. We asked a lot of her and she never failed to deliver. She made herself available to show us homes on a dime, fielded a thousand questions, and gently but skillfully handled all my guy's personal frustrations with the process. She really looked out for our best interest. If we had questions about property history, location, legalities, or just about the process in general, she made sure she got the answers for us. There were quite a few hiccups dealing with the sellers but Amanda handled the negotiations/mediations with confidence, integrity, skill, and tact. She kept us realistic, informed, encouraged, and resting assured that we were in GREAT hands. Amanda is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and caring; a true pleasure to work with.
