From the very start of our interaction with Amanda, her warmth, charm, positivity and communication skills were above and beyond what a seller normally would expect. She was very receptive to our ideas and thoughts on selling our residence. We did cherish the photographs taken of our nearly empty house prior to an open house. Those pictures were not only superbly taken, but we also feel they were just something Amanda does for the extra effort for her clients. As offers were relayed to us, she always was open-minded and helpful as our agent. Staying in touch with us as we were out of town sellers was extremely rewarding. Lastly, she continued her warmth to us through the final paper signings, and presented a post-sale gift for our permanent memories.. In conclusion, Amanda is a hospitable, dynamic, and positive representative for a seller. Her unique charm, work ethic, and drive were very evident in her sale of our residence.
