I have extensive experience with VA loans, both on the seller and buyer side, USDA Loans and USDA Repair Loans and knowledge of FHA and Utah Housing Loans. I also have a lot of experience with HARP and Loan modifications if you are trying to prevent foreclosure on your home. I also have experience working with Bankruptcy Courts, both Chapter 7 & 13. I have a decent knowledge of areas from Ogden all the way down to Provo, with a higher specialty in Tooele County. My passion is really to help others, when I am not buying and selling houses with clients, I spend my time working for REACH (Raising Education through Arts, Characters and Heroes) teaching Anti Bullying, History, Literacy and Art programs at schools and other education programs in the community.
