My wife and I were extremely lucky and grateful for having Amanda's help in finding and purchasing our dream place - our first homebuying experience. From day one, Amanda patiently educated us and helped us approach the home search and purchasing process intelligently and in a way that protected our financial futures, long-term stability, and happiness. Once we found the 'dream' place Amanda clearly went out of her way to tirelessly work with and for us to make sure that we did everything we that could to increase our odds of an accepted offer while still protecting ourselves financially. Amanda also has a fantastic network of lenders and inspectors, and between her and the people that she recommended to help us with the purchasing process my wife and I were able to seamlessly purchase our home and become more knowledgeable and competent in the process. Amanda is very knowledgeable and was a great mentor in the homebuying process, and it's obvious that she really invests herself in the happiness of her clients and is genuinely excited for them, and does whatever she can to make sure that both they and their visions are protected and achievable.
