About Amanda Allen

Amanda Allen, Realtor® and Team Leader of The Skilled Group, became licensed in Louisiana in 2015. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in 2001, she relocated from Baton Rouge to Prairieville where she currently resides with her husband, Scott Allen, Co-Owner of Skilled Contractors, LLC. Together they have 3 children, Morgen, Lynn, and Steven, a daughter-in-law, Torie, and 1 granddaughter, Kamryn. She is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, and the Ascension Council of Realtors®. Amanda strives to be provide excellent customer service, real estate education for buying, selling, and investing. By helping others through the process of buying and selling real estate, Amanda wants buyers and sellers to win with money and achieve wealth for generations to come. Her knowledge in real estate spans many areas which include new construction, properties in need of renovation, investment properties, probate properties, and traditional resale of homes and land.
