ZillowVERIFIEDAlyssia came to the listing appointment, and gave us suggestions on how we could update/refresh the house that I had owned for 29 years. She also had contractors who were so accomodating and easy to work with, though Alyssia did all of the project management. She chose colors, and finishes, and had the house staged. I did not have to be involved. She is definetely someone who can do it all! She also put together a very nice marketing brochure. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIEDBad communicator. Claimed to have been taking care of preparing and listing my home and then backed out of contract after 3 months. Told me home was to be cleaned and photographed multiple times and never was done. Did not even call to say he was removing listing. Also, agent is not from Philadelphia and claims to be. A laighable disgrace to the other fine compass agenta in Philadelphia Choose one of them and not this liar.

ZillowVERIFIEDAlyssia went above and beyond to help us find and get the house we wanted. We were looking for our home remotely, which meant she and her team showed us homes all via FaceTime. She made sure that we always got to see every home we were interested in and give us detailed descriptions through the walk through, to where we felt like we were there in person. When we were able to make an in-person visit to check out specific neighborhoods and houses, Alyssia would book the whole day for us- touring us around the area, pointing out hotspots and restaurants that residents normally flock to, to give us an idea of what it would be like to live there. She put in a lot of effort, on her time off might I add, to make sure we got our offer accepted for the house that ultimately purchased. In preparing our offer for it, she listed exactly what we needed to do and answered any questions we had to make sure we wanted to move forward in our purchase. Once we were in escrow, Alyssia was still always available and present to help us through this new process for us. She set up and was there for inspections, gave recommendations for contractors and painters, and did a virtual walk through for us when we couldn't fly out another time before finalizing our deal. We truly could not have purchased our first choice home without her. I felt supported and listened to each step of the way; she would give her honest opinion about a city she knows like the back of her hand, but at the same time put our preferences first. This is the kind of realtor you want!
