I am so fortunate to have been able to work with Alyssa! I knew at our first meeting that I wanted Alyssa to help me with my purchase. Alyssa was very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable about the Saint Paul area. I am a particular person and she listened to all my needs and found the right home for my needs. She never pressured me and was quick to respond to my text, phone calls, or emails. She was persistent when the sellers agent was nonresponsive. She recommended a knowledgeable inspector that specialized in old houses. Plus, she paid for the sewer inspection because there was a previous issue, so I could have peace of mind. Finally, after the sale was finalized, she still stays in contact and recommends good repairmen. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone.
