Alyssa Stolns

Alyssa Stolns has been a resident of Rawlins for the past 24 years. Thanks to her parents, while a child and teen, Alyssa was continually exposed to the ins and out of real estate including home renovations and property management. In 2005, while a senior at Rawlins High School, Alyssa decided to obtain her Real Estate License. As Alyssa was attending the University of Wyoming in 2007 and Sage Creek Realty Inc. opened for business she furthered her Real Estate Education and obtained an Associate Broker License. In 2008, Alyssa decided it was time to move back to the place she has always called home, place her roots, and grow a career and life. She has been an active member of the Carbon County Board of Realtors. Alyssa was the 2013 CCBR President and 2013 CCBR Realtor of the Year. Although Alyssa is a full time Real Estate Associate Broker she is also active in her community participating in events such as Rawlins DDA/Main Street and Rawlins Booster Club. Alyssa can offer a well-rounded Real Estate Expertise with a personal touch whether buying, selling, or renting.
