We were introduced to Alyse through her sister, Amanda. We met Amanda when we were considering retirement/relocation to the Poconos. When we decided that we were not ready to retire, and planned to stay in NYS a little longer, Amanda connected us with Alyse. Alyse is HANDS DOWN amazing! We were approved with an FHA loan, guidelines are more strict with that type of loan. Alyse walked through each inch of every house and was able to determine whether or not the property would be approved for an FHA loan. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market and has great connections with attorneys and mortgage brokers. It also must be noted that she has the amazing ability to put nervous, first time home buyers at ease. Alyse made the entire experience remarkable, from start to finish. We have found our forever home, and are sad to think we may never work with her again. But I will continue sharing my experience and recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
