Alonzo did a great job helping us purchase our home, not only before the purchase but also after the purchase. There were some basement waterproofing issues that were covered in a transferable warranty from EverDry that they agreed to repair prior to us agreeing to the purchase. But months after the purchase, it was still nothing but excuses and incompetence from EverDry and nothing was getting done. It took 7 months to get this finally resolved to where EverDry finally did what they had promised to do. Even though it was well after completion of the home purchase, Alonzo kept in touch with me for those 7 months and provided guidance that was instrumental in finally getting the issues resolved.
