ZillowVERIFIEDAllison helped me buy my home in 2013. I am a first time homebuyer, and was buying a home by myself, so was very nervous about the whole process. I was very particular about what I wanted and she was acutely aware of my specifications, but she did offer some suggestions for homes in other locations/ with other features just to get my mind working a little more. She was very attentive to my needs and was very professional from the start. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns.It seemed to me that everything was already taken care of before I had to even worry about it, which made the ordeal much less stressful than it could have been. After I had purchased the home, instead of just disappearing because the sale was complete, she continued to contact me to find out how I was doing in my new place. If anyone ever has asked me for a recommendation for a realtor hers is the first name that comes to mind.She is THE BEST!!!!

Very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, schools, builders, etc. She also was able to quickly understand what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction for future showings. When a job promotion required us to move a few years later, we called her to help us sell. Despite it being a "slow" time of year between Thanksgiving and Christmas, our house was sold within weeks (I believe at least in part due to her attention to staging and taking the best possible pictures to show our home). We hope to move back to the area in the future and will definitely call Allison again!
