We were probably the most spontaneous clients shes had. One day we said we wanted to buy and within 2 hours we had a pre-approved amount. The company we used sent us to Allison. She of course asked questions to try to find the right property and we gave her some good qualities we wanted but over all admitted we literally just decided we even wanted to buy the day before. She helped us through the whole process with ease. She was patient. She gave wonderful advice. She held our kids for us so we were able to really look at the houses. She let us open up about minor issues we had with certain houses and offered solutions. Even as we are preparing to buy our first investment property she has guided us, even if its just simple advice. She is incredibly knowledgeable and the sweetest person Ive ever met. Her team was also so nice and helpful any time we called for help or went in to her office. I 10/10 recommend her and her team.
