Allison Pflaum is a stellar real estate agent. Due to some unforeseen personal circumstances, searching for a house took me two years, but Allison was helpful, hopeful, and patient with my delays the entire time. We saw so many houses, all of which were worth seeing. She really listened to what I was looking for and had good reasons to view each property. She was incredibly patient with me as a first-time buyer, answering all my questions. She was always responsive and supportive. I know she handles multiple clients at once, but it was easy to forget that because she was so present for me. I ultimately ended up in the perfect house and location for me. I've been here about three weeks and I'm very, very happy with the house and the price we landed on. Allison is knowledgeable, savvy, direct, and compassionate...everything you'd want in a realtor.

Ernesto Gonzalez was our realtor, and he was a huge help in helping us find a place within our budget and timeframe. We had a very unfortunate circumstance occur after signing a lease that made the lease no longer feasible, and he went the extra mile to help negotiate our way out of the lease and then find another place that fulfilled our needs. If we ever need another place in the San Marcos/Kyle/Buda/New Braunfels area, we'll be giving Ernesto a call!
