Allison is wonderful in so many ways. She sold my mother and I a condo when we were looking for a place for my sister with physical and intellectual disabilities to live. It was the perfect place for her. She then sold that condo for us and negotiated a great price. She helped me find cleaners and movers and even provided boxes. She always returns emails, calls, and texts; she's energetic and supportive. I recently purchased a home that needed a lot of work and she negotiated a new electrical system, mostly paid for by the seller, on my behalf. She will be with you through the whole process and she does her homework. I totally lucked out by randomly picking her to be my realtor, but I will never go to another one now. Ms. Hughes was pragmatic and practical, enabling us to purchase our $549K residence for $503K in a market that was actually headed upward.
