Allison is wonderful in so many ways. She sold my mother and I a condo when we were looking for a place for my sister with physical and intellectual disabilities to live. It was the perfect place for her. She then sold that condo for us and negotiated a great price. She helped me find cleaners and movers and even provided boxes. She always returns emails, calls, and texts; she's energetic and supportive. I recently purchased a home that needed a lot of work and she negotiated a new electrical system, mostly paid for by the seller, on my behalf. She will be with you through the whole process and she does her homework. I totally lucked out by randomly picking her to be my realtor, but I will never go to another one now. She is, literally, the best.

We recommend Allison Hughes. Shes not perfect, but is better than most realtors, so its likely that shell be better than most people youd choose. When we sell our home, well likely contact her again. Ms. Hughes was pragmatic and practical, enabling us to purchase our $549K residence for $503K in a market that was actually headed upward. She was patient with us and thoughtful with a seller that, it could be argued, hadnt been able to sell its property because the seller had made some foolish moves. As I wrote at the beginning, Janet and I both recommend Allison Hughes if you are realistic about buying a home.
