As first time home-sellers, we were somewhat unfamiliar with the process and all that had to be done for putting our house up to sell. Allie (and her team) helped us every step of the way. She made us feel prepared and confident from the first meeting with her. Allie formulated a plan for us to follow and provided detailed and helpful recommendations for staging our house for photos, which in turn, aided us in selling our house in 24-28 hours of it being on the market. Her communication was clear, transparent, and prompt. She had a plan and an answer for all of our questions and next steps in the process.
