ZillowVERIFIEDAt the beginning I found Mr. Allen to be very knowledgeable respectful with excellent communicate skills. My home sold less than 90 days. He was punctual responded to all calls and emails. Even when I locked myself out of the house. Somewhere in between the appraisal walk though and the closing something went horribly wrong. Mr. Allen lied about the amount my home was selling for. I have a text message from him on 7-29-2025 stating that it was an offer for $185K to be exact But didn't find out until later and I mean two to three weeks after the closing That it sold for $170K. I truly hope the $9,614 in commission was worth it. The integrity of this gentleman is definitely questionable. Even while waiting for the check to clear I still wanted to use him to help me locate my new home. Until I really found out what was done. He lied to me and costed me my home for over 22 years! I definitely would not have taken the offer of $170K if I would have known!!! And the funny part is he knew it. And that's why he lied! I would not recommend him at all! This is just the beginning.
