When my wife and I decided to begin looking for our first home, we reached out to a number of realtors in the area. We took the search for a realtor seriously as we were looking for a professional that would not only be capable of helping us find a home, but that would also be a competent guide through the intricacies of the homebuying process. We were looking for a realtor with a familiarity of the area, evident expertise when it came to the innerworkings of the real estate world, and dependability in terms of availability and prompt communication. Even more so, we were looking for a realtor who could look past the paycheck at the end of the deal and take the time to help us make a wise and educated decision on a home purchase. We were asking a lot and our expectations were very high, perhaps unreasonably high. Allen did nothing less than exceed all aforementioned expectations. At all times I felt comfortable with his knowledge and ability to navigate the many scenarios and unique situations we encountered in our search. He seemed to be available nearly 24/7 and never failed to go above and beyond to keep us informed and educated. Most invaluable to me, Allen truly did want to help us find the best home for us coupled with the best deal for our finances and plans. His genuineness was always apparent in both his advice and conducts, whether he was a beneficiary or not, and the high quality of his character was obvious. All that to say, I had an excellent experience with Allen, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Allen was wonderful to work with. My husband and I are not from Tennessee and have spent very little time in Knoxville. Allen was extremely helpful in steering us close to good areas and away from bad. He went above and beyond, giving us recommendations for security, fencing, and closets.
