After 25 years in the advertising and marketing industry, Allen Elmore has focused his efforts on helping people buy and sell homes with one guiding principle: The Golden Rule. Allen has managed 3 weekly advertising publications, a women's health magazine, a car magazine, and a marketing company who focused on political campaigns, branding campaigns, and social media presence. Thanks to this experience, AE Properties can make homes shine, and can maximise the seller's audience reach. They have the largest social media presence of any group in San Juan County. When they began their Real Estate career, each member shadowed home inspectors, lenders, termite inspectors, builders, and appraisers, in order to learn the RE industry from the outside-in. They interviewed dozens of people that worked with REALTORS® on a daily basis, and became a student of REALTOR® best/worst practices, according to those people who worked closest with them. AE Property's goal is to treat every buyer like they would want to be treated, and to treat every seller's home like a multi-million dollar listing. They also want to affect positive change in their community with every sale. A portion of every closing is donated to a local charity in the buyer or seller's name.
