Candice was amazing throughout the whole process. She was attentive to our needs and always made us feel like her only client. During the buying process, she helped us navigate multiple offers that were turned down. That ended up being a good thing though as she suggested putting our house on the market to remove the contingency from buying. That was were she shined. The production value from the professional pictures and video walkthrough made me feel like my small house was a mansion. We got an incredible offer the first day of showings. Then that same day after the showing, she drove with us over to a house 45 minutes away that ended up being the house we bought....For under asking!. I would highly recommend Candice to anyone looking to buy or sell!
