This was our third transaction with Alison. Two buying, one selling. We took a lot of Alison's time over the course of a year finding the right fit for our home - she was ALWAYS highly responsive and made time for us. During this process, Alison was happy to share her honest thoughts about properties she was showing us, including critical input. Alison took the time to get to know us and helped narrow our search. After the contract is signed, Alison stays deeply involved to make sure the deal goes to close and our needs are met. In the case of this last deal, this included after close support on rentals and help with minor issues that were beyond her scope. We highly recommend Alison for both buying and selling in the Low Country. She knows the area, knows the intricacies of the market and particular locations. She and her very knowledgeable team work very hard and are virtually always available. We trust Alison to understand our needs and do what she can to make sure we make a smart decision.
