Alison helped me navigate thru the process and she took over dealing with the owner. Things got dicey at times, but she assured me that we would make it thru "to the other side". I'm from out of town, was looking in the area and found a really unique historical home that required special expertise. Alison dove right in, researching the home, making calls and learning all she could. She attended every single appointment that I couldnt make it to (inspectors, contractors, etc.) and trust me, there were many. In the end, everything went super smoothly, the communication was awesome, and I ended up with my sweet little dream house. Alison knows whats up and worked super hard for me. Call her!
