If you are selling your house you need Alison. I live 3 hours away and she took the bull by the horns in getting my 80 year old aunt's house sold on the central coast after she had relocated to be near family. Alison took care of EVERYTHING and I mean everything. She arranged for contractors to prep the house for sale and had it staged perfectly. An offer was accepted in 10 days and it closed quickly after. She was always there by phone, text or email 7 days a week. What a pro! I have bought and sold several houses and this was the best experience I have had. Thanks Alison!
