Alina Aeby

As a Real Estate Consultant, Alina is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area. She enjoys representing a first time home buyer as much as she enjoys representing a seasoned multi assets investor or a luxury property seller or buyer. Alina is a San Francisco home owner and investor herself and served as her building's HOA Board President. When it comes to condo related issues, Alina has an experience based point of view about all aspects of condo owning and and operating and overall HOA financial health. Alina brings extensive business, marketing, public relations, journalism and economic research experience to her real estate practice. As a student, she discovered a passion for journalism and broadcasting and went on to coordinate the launching of a national newspaper in post-Communist Romania. She wrote hundreds of syndicated articles, covering economical and political issues. Her passion for global affairs eventually translated into a PhD in Economics. Prior to her Real Estate career, Alina held positions of responsibility for economic development organizations, multinational corporations and nonprofits. She also successfully established and managed a San Francisco based import business for home decoration. Alina considers herself an international citizen, which is a reflection of the city she represents. She went through rigorous education and obtain the CIPS title( Certified International Property Specialist). That involved studying different real estate markets in countries from Europe, Asia and Latina America, taxation issue and real estate practices and investment/buying practices in those markets. Alina serves as 2023 National Association of Realtors' Global Coordinator for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa , FIABCI ( International Real Estate Federation ) VP of Proptech World Council, she is a member of San Francisco Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors. She was awarded 2022 NAR Global Volunteer of the Year and ranked within 1.5% nationwide Realtors based on the MLS sales data in 2021.
