You won't believe thisaEUR"I went through a four-month period, from evicting a nightmare tenant to selling my house, and I never met my realtor, Alifonso, in person! Is that crazy or what? I don't live in Merced, CA, where the house is, and my tenant hadn't paid rent since April. She just disappeared, not answering any of my emails or texts. With my busy schedule, a seven-hour drive to check on the place wasn't an option. I desperately needed help, so I searched online and found Alifonso. I left him a message, and he called me back right away the next day. I explained the mess, and he immediately put me at ease, saying he'd handled plenty of evictions before. Over the three-month eviction process, he was fantastic. He constantly checked on the property and the tenant, working perfectly with a lawyer and the local police to get the job done smoothly. Once the tenant was gone, though, the house was trashed. I was told basic repairs would cost at least $$50,000$. Honestly, I just wanted to be done with the property. Alifonso suggested we list it "as is" and see what happened. Sure enough, just two weeks later, we got an amazing offer from a perfect buyer! The deal closed in 21 days, and I didn't spend a penny on fixing anything. I am so thrilled and can't thank Alifonso enough! He is incredibly honest and professional. Seriously, I never met him in person! I highly recommend Alifonso if you're looking for an exceptional and professional realtor.
