Hi there!

I'm a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the North Bristol County Board. I've served as both a buyer and seller's agent for many residential sales and also work with short-sales, foreclosures/ REOs, and hold a real estate broker's license in Massachusetts. I am a broker associate of New Neighbor Realty LLC, out of Brockton, MA. My brokerage is an approved HUD and Fannie Mae direct listing brokerage, and certified Woman Owned Business.. something I am very proud to be a part of! I have close relationships with several lending institutions to aid in the financing of clients, or just to help answer any tricky mortgage questions! I love working with first-time home-buyers in particular; this is a very important time in your life and it can be pretty overwhelming! Taking everything in small steps makes it a lot easier though!

I pride myself in being an excellent communicator; no question should ever go unanswered! I'm there for my clients 24/7, being responsive to all emails/phone-calls,and texts are very important to me. I like to build personal connections with my clients that last longer than the end of the transaction. I serve the entire south shore region of Massachusetts, dealing particularly with Brockton, Holbrook, Stoughton, and Randolph, but also serve areas north of Boston to Cape Cod. I was born and raised in the south shore, so I have a personal knowledge of the areas I work. Outside of real estate , I enjoy spending time with my five year old daughter, traveling, interior design, and keeping active. I'm always on the quest to expand my knowledge of the real estate industry, there is always something new to learn!
