We relocated from Georgia and had strongly considered the Denver area but found Colorado Springs to be more in line of what we were looking for. After watching some of her Youtube content, I called her and she was phenomenal to work with from the start. She made great recommendations of areas and neighborhoods based on my criteria and seeing them in person, they did not disappoint. She was very flexible throughout the process and got us in to see many homes on a same day or next day basis as our search evolved. When it came time to make an offer, she was very creative with a contingency offer that helped us secure the house we ended up buying. She helped validate our selection and gave good feedback along the way. She was very even keeled and positive throughout. The fact she is a CO Springs/Pueblo native really helped as well.
