One thing I absolutely loved when it came to dealing with Alicia was if I had an idea or wanted to do something she was never afraid to tell me the truth and if it was going to be a crazy or a wrong move. She was always upfront with me while trying to sell my house. I appreciate the way she was not going to let me fail On getting the most out of a property I have worked so hard for.

Alicia is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, not to mention her ability to negotiate is beyond exceptional. She was not only tasked with selling our single family home, but finding us a multi-family home as well. Alicia educated us on the current market and then provided us advice, to help in listing our home. Alicia sold it quickly at a great price. Finding our Multi-family home was a little bit of an experience but I'm glad Alicia was holding the reins. Our bank we were dealing with was a problem and less than acceptable. Alicia suggested another financial institution and the buying process was accelerated!! We found our perfect home in a tough (Multi-family) market and closed in record time. Alicia is so dedicated and always available. Her knowledge and work ethic, along with her desire to provide the most enjoyable experience during a stressful time sets her above the rest. ZillowVERIFIEDAlicia is sincerely the best realtor you could ask for. We were first time homebuyers and she made the whole experience very pleasant and smooth. We had a lot of issues between closing dates changing and documents not being ready or done properly and she was always there to help out. Went above and beyond for us and made sure everything ran as smoothly as she could make it. She was always there for any questions we had. She is a very hard worker and was very fast in any responses, sent us full listings quickly, set up showings fast, and was extremely helpful in giving great advice. You can tell she loves her job because she was always honest with us on homes that we saw, she would tell it like it is. She truly cares. Always looked over everything thoroughly whenever we had showings and pointed out any concerns she had. If we ever purchase a home again or sell ours, she would definitely be the realtor we would call.
